We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate in England & Wales.
As probate is a reserved legal service, all firms accredited by the ICAEW to perform probate are required to collect, report and publish diversity data about their employees.
The Legal Services Act 2007 specifies a regulatory objective to “encourage a strong, independent, diverse and effective legal profession” within firms that supply reserved legal services such as probate.
Since 2017, this has been a regulatory requirement. Our 2021 results as shown below.
