Client Benefits:

Marcus Bishop Associates will review client book-keeping on a monthly basis and prior to the preparation of periodic accounts. Monthly book-keeping reviews costs are dependent upon the volume of business transactions and the nature of errors discovered. Fees for this service start from £60 plus VAT pm.

Option 2: Marcus Bishop Associates in-house bookkeeping bureau service. Clients upload their weekly or monthly transactions and bank statements onto their assigned secure portal area and we will undertake clients’ recording of their sales, expenses and bank reconciliation. We expect all our clients to communicate business transactions electronically and therefore we charge a premium for clients who wish to submit to us paper accounting records. Our fees are based upon the monthly volume of business transactions and the quality of the information provided.  Our book-keeping clients pay between £90 - £220 plus VAT pm subject to the volume of their business transactions.

Option 3: Marcus Bishop Associates client visiting service, weekly, fortnightly or monthly dependent upon the client’s business need and size. Our daily rates start from £225 plus VAT per day plus 40p per mile within Greater London.

Clients are reminded that they have a legal obligation to keep proper accounting records and the business book-keeping forms the basis for the production of their annual accounts. The maintenance of proper accounting records helps to keep the costs of annual accounts down and provides a reliable basis for enhanced decision making for business growth.
